The NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY is currently being updated for a new printing. Please complete the Update Form (word document) or Online Form with your household and contact information by SEPTEMBER 28 and email it to Tracy Schultz: mtschultz@moonshadowshoa.org to be included in the 2009 -10 Directory.
Or you can print the form and drop off completed form to Tracy’s house. Updates received after deadline will be active on our website, but will not appear in the 2009 -10 hard copy Directory.
There are three ways to assure your inclusion in the Directory:
(1) If you are already listed in the old (2008) Directory with a current Email address, you will be Emailed a form to be completed on-line and returned electronically.
(2) If you were not included in the old Directory or do not have a current E-mail address listed in the old Directory, you must complete the questionnaire-authorization form {off-line word document} and return it by one of the following four methods:
(a) Handing Delivering it to Tracey Schultz.
(b) Attach Document and Emailing the form to Tracey Schultz, at mtschultz@moonshadowshoa.org.
(c) Mailing the form to Moon Shadows on Rush Lake; P.O. Box 251 Pinckney, MI 48169 (Yes, you may enclose it with your dues).
(3) Fill out our online form

Although the on-line Community Directory will be updated continuously on the website*, the hardcopy Directory will be only be printed every two years: The deadline for submission of your update form to be included in the 2009/10 Directory is SEPTEMBER 28, 2009.
Note: Children’s names & ages will not be on website directory, only hardcopy (for security reasons).

It is imperative that we have accurate contact information for you to receive notice of important Association issues.

The information you send Joey will not be published for other homeowners, but will be used to communicate Moon Shadows Association information.
