Co-owners hosting events are responsible for all damage and clean-up. The beach/gazebo area closes at dusk, so permission must be obtained from the Board of Directors in advance for any evening/night events. Reservations are necessary if you wish to secure the beach gazebo area for your event.
Although you are welcome to host events at the gazebo area, the beach is open to all residents from dawn to dusk, and technically it is only the gazebo area that is being ‘reserved. Also, keep in mind that Local Laws apply to noise.
The Beach Gazebo Area is not available on the following dates:
- August 19th 2023
