Fines
The Association has applied the fines schedule for violations and delinquent dues as identified in the Bylaws as follows:
- 1st Notice: Warning
- 2nd Notice: $25.00
- 3rd Notice: $50.00
- 4th Notice and each consecutive notice afterward: $100
