Neighborhood Directory

The NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY is currently being updated for a new printing.  Please complete the online form OR offline form (word document) with household and contact information by December 30, 2017 and email it to “[email protected]” to be included in the 2018 Directory. Submissions received after the deadline will not appear in the 2018 hard copy Directory.

There are three ways to assure your inclusion in the Directory:

  1. If you are already listed in the old (2016) Directory with a current Email address, you don’t have to do anything, provided the email address is correct.
  2. Fill out our online form
  3. If you were not included in the old Directory or do not have a current E-mail address listed in the old Directory, you must complete the questionnaire-authorization form {off-line word document} and return it by one of the following two methods:
    • Attach Document and Emailing the form to [email protected].
    • Mailing the form to Moon Shadows on Rush Lake; P.O. Box 251 Pinckney, MI  48169 (Yes, you may enclose it with your dues).

Although the online Community Directory will be updated continuously, the hardcopy Directory will be only be printed every two years: The deadline for submission of your update form to be included in the 2018 Directory is December 30, 2017.

Note: Children’s names & ages will not be on website directory, only hardcopy (for security reasons).

If you choose not to have your information published in the Directory, please forward your contact information to Moon Shadows Secretary, at [email protected]. It is imperative that we have accurate contact information for you to receive notice of important Association issues.

If you do not have an E-mail account, please mail your information to Moon Shadows on Rush Lake HOA, PO Box 251; Pinckney, Michigan 48169.

The information you send will not be published for other homeowners, but will be used to communicate Moon Shadows Association information.

Please include your Name, Lot Number, E-Mail Address(es), Mailing Address and Telephone Number.

    Note: We ask for these details for Social reasons. If you're new to the neighborhood, and looking for playmates for your kids.

    Note: We ask for this information in case of lost animals.

  • List any Babysitters / Pet Sitters / Dog Walkers who want to be listed in Directory.
    Example: Jack (Dog Walker)

    Note: Home phone will be listed.

  • VOLUNTEER & COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION

    If you checked “Yes” our Committee Coordinator will contact you for follow-up.
