To all Moon Shadows Members,
Next Friday is the annual 4th of July party. It will be held at the beach once again.
The party will start at 2:30 pm and end at 7:00 pm.
We need volunteers to run the following events:
- Help set up prior to the party – Noon-2:00 pm
- Organize and kick off bicycle parade with the fire department – 3:00 pm fire dept. will arrive
- Organize games and events for kids 3:00-5:00 pm
- Organize menu – Association will provide food, Hamburgers/Hot dogs, potato salad etc…)
- Cook and serve food – Approx. 5:00 pm
- Clean up

Please leave contact information so a board member or volunteer can get back with you.
We also request that everyone planning to attend RSVP by this Saturday 6-28-14. Please include the following information in your reply.
- Number of family members attending.
- Include the number of children that will be participating in the bicycle parade with the fire department.
NOTE: The association is also missing 5 folding tables and one tent. If anyone has the following items please let us know so we can use them for the party.
