Front Entrance Gazebo Seriously Damaged

February 1, 2018 by MSHOA

The gazebo at our Front Entrance was seriously damaged January 28th or 29th. It appears a black or other dark color vehicle hit the gazebo on the east side damaging the stone and a supporting member. If anyone sees a black or other dark color vehicle with front-end damage, the Board would appreciate it if you would contact them at [email protected], all reports will remain anonymous. The owner of the vehicle causing the damage should know that your vehicle insurance covers property damage.

Radar Speed Display

September 14, 2016 by MSHOA

You’ll notice that a Radar Speed Display has been placed on Anacapa Bay. The Board has received numerous complaints about speeding and near misses at the bike trail. As a result, we’ve requested the Radar Speed Display to help remind everyone to observe the 25 mph speed limit. It should also serve to remind everyone of the bike trail crossing. Your cooperation in assuring a safe environment in our neighborhood is appreciated.

Fourth of July celebration

July 4, 2016 by MSHOA

The Board can’t say enough to thank Bernie and his crew for a great Fourth of July celebration Saturday. The food was delicious, and everyone had a great time. Especially enjoyed watching the kids participating in so many activities. They’re sure to remember these picnics fondly for years to come. We also hear the fireworks were spectacular. Thanks to Leann and Rob for another great job! We know many other residents helped make the picnic a success. Please know we appreciate all of you very much.

Let’s do it again next year!!
