The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held Monday, December 14, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Hamburg Township Library, Rooms A & B. We would appreciate your attendance at this important meeting.

Scrap metal drive sponsored by the Pinckney POM squad
The Moon Shadows Association would like to let everyone know about an upcoming scrap metal drive sponsored by the Pinckney Pirates Varsity POM squad.
- When: Saturday 10-17-15 and Sunday 10-18-15 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm both days.
- Where: Park and ride on M36. In addition, all scrap metal can be taken directly to Regal Recycling at 645 Lucy St. in Howell. Donations up until Saturday 10-17-15 will go toward the Pinckney POM drive.
Regal Recycling will have a dumpster on site and volunteers will unload any scrap you may have.
We have several Pinckney POM girls in our neighborhood that you would be supporting.

RHS Lawn Care & Plowing
RHS Lawn Care & Plowing LLC, Rick Sixberry, will be plowing our roads again this winter. If you would like to contract with Rick, please call him at 810-923-9102.
Snowplow Notice
Our snowplow company asks that you please do not push or blow snow into our roads when clearing your driveways. They are having a difficult time keeping the roads clear especially since several residents are blowing/pushing snow into the roads after the roads have been cleared. With the heavy snow we’re presently experiencing, this is even more important.

Repaving Entrance
We have encountered a glitch with the repaving of our entrance. Since M-DOT is planning to repave M-36, we are trying our best to coordinate with them. A meeting is set up tomorrow with M-DOT officials, our contractor, and me so we can agree on amiable solutions regarding our entrance, curbing, etc. Once any issues and permit requirements are resolved, the repaving of our entrance will be completed.

Rob Campbell Passing
All,
We are sad to report to the Association that one of our dear friends and neighbors has passed away.
Rob Campbell lost his life Tuesday 8-26-14 at approximately 1:00 pm. Rob has been battling illness for the past several years.
Some people may remember that Rob and his family were one of the first to settle in Moon Shadows many years ago.
As a resident, Rob served the community by volunteering his time for over 18 years of combined service. He served as President of Moon Shadows Association for over 7 years after serving many years as a board member of Rush Lake Association.
His dedication and efforts to our community will be missed. We are indebted to him for the many years of hard work and improvements that he put in place during his tenure.
As Moon Shadows President, Rob was instrumental in setting up the boards current structure as well as implementing many of the processes that are currently used to maintain and improve our neighborhood.
He was a dear friend and a great neighbor. He will be missed.
Arrangements – No confirmations as to the times of arrangements have been made. We are hopeful to have information updated later this evening.
